Delete Your Sparkal Account

You can delete your Sparkal account, and the data that goes with it, at any time. Sparkal is made by Inuyasi LLC.

Delete it in the app (fastest)

1. Open Sparkal.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account and its data are deleted straight away, and you’re signed out.

Can’t use the app? Ask us by email

If you’ve deleted the app or can’t sign in, email support@sparkal.app with the subject “Delete my Sparkal account”, from the email address you used to sign up. If you signed in with Apple and chose to hide your email, tell us that and we’ll help you confirm the account is yours. We’ll delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in details
• Your skin profile (name, goals, habits, skin conditions)
• All face and product photos, and every scan result
• Your routine, products, check-ins and period tracking
• Your skin advisor conversations
• Your usage counts and subscription status record

Copies in our providers’ routine backups are overwritten within 30 days.

What isn’t deleted

• Your subscription. Deleting your account doesn’t cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it first in your Apple subscription settings or Google Play subscriptions, or you may keep being charged.
• Store purchase records. Apple and Google keep their own records of purchases under their own policies.

Only want to delete some data?

You can delete individual scans from your scan history, and remove skin conditions or other details from your profile, without deleting your account. For anything else, email us.
